The Company WalkTuk left 4 people at the side of a busy road, 2 of the over 70 years of age and 1 has Parkinson’s, so mobility not great. We did not get the Tour we paid for and it left my family members distressed. No response from Viator regarding refund and no apology from WalkTuk.. Disgusting way to treat customers”
