“This was a great cooking class. The market tour could have been a little more extensive, however we were there on NYE, so it was busy. The little extra bits of knowledge as we walked thru the street was greatly appreciated as to the canapés as we worked on our paella cooking skills. A very helpful chef/guide and would highly recommend to anyone. The serving substantial as well as the wine.”

We were then separated into groups doing traditional, seafood and vegetable paella. Each of us had different jobs to do to help make it. Afterwards, we sat down and had our paella and a tomato salad with wine. Meet some nice people and the entire staff were excellent! Highly recommend!”

The portions were very generous, and by the end we had enjoyed a full, delicious meal, not just small samples. A high-quality, authentic experience from start to finish. If you want to truly taste Alicante, book this tour!”
